Thinktech Glossary
The concepts Engel Fonseca created to explain how a person thinks, and how that thinking carries over into artificial intelligence.
- ThinkIA
-
A tool created by Engel Fonseca that tests a Human Thinking System (SPH) against another SPH, or against an Artificial Thinking System (SPA). Comparing your way of thinking with another one makes visible what normally runs on autopilot, and that builds awareness of it.
- SPH Human Thinking System (Sistema de Pensamiento Humano)
-
The configuration a person thinks with: their thinking type according to cognitive neuroscience, the meanings and symbols they use, and their paradigms, cognitive biases, taboos and natural fears. It is identified with the Thinktech method.
Find yours: Mapa SPH.
- SPA Artificial Thinking System (Sistema de Pensamiento Artificial)
-
An artificial intelligence system that reproduces a person’s SPH. Because it can be consulted at any time, the SPH carried over into AI becomes timeless and turns into an SPA. In companies, this raises the question of how an executive’s SPH is safeguarded when they leave.
Play against one: ¿Xoma! · VS Engel Fonseca M.’s SPA.
- Thinktech Thinktech (technological metacognition)
-
A metacognition model: taking control of how your mind is configured, like a conductor in front of an orchestra. You are not your brain, nor what you think, nor what you feel: you are the one conducting. In its analogy, the brain is the computer, the mind is the operating system, and you are the user. Its five principles:
1) Your attention is your mind’s energy. 2) Educate your curiosity so it aims only at what builds you up. 3) Knowing ranks above believing, and believing above feeling. 4) You can observe your thoughts, feelings and emotions to reconfigure them. 5) Your destiny is to evolve.
- Thinktech method
-
A cognitive-neuroscience method to identify a person’s SPH in five steps: 1) objectifying thought; 2) identifying meanings and symbols; 3) identifying the ingredients of thought (fears, biases, paradigms and taboos); 4) building the SPH; 5) an action plan.
- Curioxoma
-
A mindset of continuous, sustained curiosity that prevents mental stagnation and fights indifference, both personal and social. It turns people into lifelong self-learners who learn, unlearn and relearn. It is the skill behind the second Thinktech principle.
TEDx talk (Spanish): CurioXoma: una batalla versus la indiferencia ↗
- 4 Cs of leadership
-
The Curioxoma leadership model: character, charisma, knowledge and sustained curiosity.
- ¿Xoma!
-
A Curioxoma game in which a question can only be answered with another question that already contains the answer. It ends when someone answers with a statement. It expands curiosity because it forces you to think in branches.
- Singular decisions Singular decisions (decisiones singulares)
-
Engel Fonseca’s concept, published in “El algoritmo de la inspiración” (2024), about the decisions a person dares to make that change the course of their life.
- #desmiedo
-
Engel Fonseca’s framework for reconfiguring fear instead of reacting to it: observing it as data and deciding what to do with it.
- AGO Orchestrator Agent (Agente Orquestador)
-
An AI agent that coordinates the vertical agents of an executive or a business area.
Build one: Prompter CFO (Spanish).
- AMO Meta-Orchestrator Agent (Agente Meta-Orquestador)
-
An AI agent that governs and directs the orchestrator agents (AGO) of several executives.
Build one: C-level Prompter (Spanish).
- AGV Vertical Agent (Agente Vertical)
-
An AI agent specialized in a specific task or process, coordinated by an Orchestrator Agent.
